Cancellation Policy: Unused transfers are refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pickup time. There is a $10 service fee on all cancelled reservations. In the event of a flight delay, we will wait up to 30 minutes. Otherwise, we will accommodate passengers on the next available shuttle. Please call if you know your flight is delayed and we will arrange an alternative pickup. No refunds are given due to airline over-flights or weather.

All reservations made online require 48 hour advance notice. Reservations placed online without 48 hours advance notice are NOT confirmed unless you have received a verbal confirmation via telephone or in person from an Alpine Express Representative.
