Cancellation Policy: Unused transfers are refundable when cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup time. In the event of a flight delay, we will wait up to 30 minutes. Otherwise, we will accomodate passengers on the next available shuttle. Please call if you know your flight is delayed and we will arrange an alternative pickup.
